The urea crusher is a comminution equipment designed to meet the production requirements of high nitrogen compound fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer for crushing urea. 结构和原理
破碎机由均匀喂料。转子、机体、调节机构等主要部分组成,电动机通过三角带驱动转子。
转子部分由主轴、端部圆盘、耐磨刀头等主要零件组成。
机体部分由上下机壳、破碎板、弧形反击板等主要零件组成。
该破碎机是种冲击式破碎机。物料进入破碎腔后,首先受到随转子高速旋转的转子的冲击作用而破碎,从而使物料冲击反击板。在反击板给与作用力下折射到转子。反复作用使其达到破碎效果。与同类设备中的双轴笼式粉碎机相比较。粉尘小;产量高;噪音低;使人工操作人性化。
